By downloading or using the Nook Nation app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nook Nation. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Rewards & Points

• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time
• Points earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited
• Unused points may expire at our discretion with reasonable notice

5. Tickets & Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be issued per our standard refund policy. We are not responsible for lost or stolen digital tickets.

6. Deals & Offers

Partner deals and flash deals are offered by third-party businesses. We do not guarantee the availability or quality of partner offers. Deals are non-transferable and subject to partner terms.

7. User Content

By submitting photos or other content to the App (e.g., fan photo gallery), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content in connection with the App and related promotional materials. You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempting to manipulate or fraudulently earn rewards
• Submitting false check-ins or attendance records
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access our systems

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Lakeshore Chinooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
